Oh look everyone it’s Vinyl! I don’t know whose idea it was to pair these two up in fan work, but I’m not complaining. Say hello to Vyclops, the kickass mare with the laser stare! One look will blow you away. Aaaaauuuugh help me I can’t stop @_@
Due to what I wanted Vinyl’s powers to be, I wanted to base her name off “Cyclops” somehow. The unfortunate problem being the Brony fandom association with “clops” and not very heroic activities. But I jolly well wasn’t going to find a different power set for her or anything, so I just lamp-shaded it and drove on.
For those of you wondering “Gee, why is it only now that the hero is showing up?” — I consider Octavia the main character of this particular arc (if you haven’t noticed by the fact that she’s narrating. And taking all the screen time). And I love that expression in the first frame to itty bitty bits. 8 D

Whooooops guess Octy wasn’t a superHERO after all. It’s okay Doctor Philharmonica, we still think you’re awesome. Octavia’s full name stolen from Allegrezza. And yes, I did ask.
Who are those other villains on the wanted poster? Well, there’s the Green Gryphon, and we’re not sure who the one next to her is. Will we meet them? Eventually maybe, but not in this comic. Nope nope nope.
